Common questions
The popup says “x.com open: No”
Open x.com in any tab and sign in. The extension uses your existing session — it can’t talk to X if you’re not logged in there first.
Claude can’t see the connector
In Claude Desktop or Web: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL from the popup. In Claude Code: run the claude mcp add command shown in the popup. Restart Claude after adding.
I asked Claude to post and nothing published
That’s on purpose. Posts, replies, and follows always open as drafts in a new tab. You review and click publish. We never publish to your account automatically.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Email hello@talktoapp.ai from the address you signed up with. We’ll handle it same-day.
Delete my account and data
Email hello@talktoapp.ai. We wipe everything within 7 days. See our privacy policy for the full list of what we do and don’t store.
